Send me three bucks, I'll send you ONE.

OK, he didn't say that exactly, but he said there is a sucker born every minute... and many of them are coin collectors. Here's why.

This last week we saw the release of the new John Adams dollar. The US Mint will be glad to sell you these dollars for a nice fat premium. A roll which contains 25 of the new shiny dollars can be yours for only $35.95 plus shipping and handling.

I don't know about you, but I work hard for my money, and I like to get the best value for it. The best deal I have found so far, regarding these new coins is a very simple thing. I simply go to my bank and buy them, stilled rolled in their mangled String & Son's wrapper for, and are you ready for this.... FACE VALUE. Yes my friends, you too can get 25 of these new John Adams dollars for only TWENTY FIVE dollars. No premium, no shipping, no dealer prep fees, no license, sales tax or other charges.

They are the exact same mangled coins you would get directly from the mint, only alot cheaper.

Now, I know what alot of you are thinking... "My bank won't carry them" or something to that effect. Simply go to your home branch and talk to your bank manager. Simply remind this person that THEY are YOUR personal banker, and part of their job is getting you your money, in whatever form you deem appropriate or necessary. If they have a problem with that, simply ask this manager the following question... "If you are not willing or able to get my coins for me, if you cannot provide me with customer service, please give me the name and phone number of the person who CAN provide this level of customer service?" Ask for their direct supervisor... your coins will be ordered before you leave the bank.

I know for a fact this will work. I bank at Wells Fargo here in the Salt Lake City valley. WF is not really known for its customer service. My branch did not plan to carry any of these Adams dollars. I asked my branch manager and she said they would not be getting any. I proposed my question, as stated above. My coins were ordered, and I now have them at home.

I have gone through 4 rolls, as I am not a big time spender, and surprisingly have found several that I believe would grade 67 or better. No errors yet, but I will keep looking.

Hoping you all have a great Memorial Day weekend. Please keep in your well wishes/prayers the men and women who are now protecting our great nation. Remember those who have served and those who have sacrificed. Remember their families too. God bless them all, God bless America.

Respectfully,

Michael Cooper

p.s. This is my 1922 PEACE Dollar, strike tripled!! I think it is really awesome!
