I thought I would have to 'hibernate'

I have recently posted that after my 1999 Proof set comes back from NGC, that I would have to abstain from depleting our almost maxed out credit cards until next spring, when the IRS would rejuvinate our account with a refund. But I need not worry about putting my buying and grading on hold til then. I found out today that in July, I will receive a check I thought would not be here for another 6 to 9 months. So I would say that a simple phone call I received today will keep NGC a little busier than they would have been. I have 1998 through 2006 Proof sets that will go in very soon. I can also afford to get the rest of the Merc Dimes I need to complete my 3 collections. To have 3 complete sets (sets that include the 1945 micro 's', and the 1942/41-P & D overdates) I need one more certified 1916-D, two more certified 1942/41-P's,and three certified 1941/42-D's. I wish all three collections were all certified coins, but that would be more expensive than it would be worth. And who knows how many would come back in body bags. So far this year, I have had 5 coins come back ungraded. Out of 23 coins submitted, I guess that is about a 20% casualty rate. So if the Merc collections are ever to consist of all certified coins, it may take me a while to accomplish that. I bet a set like that would rate very well in the registry. Especially in even a medium average grade. Well, just wanted to share my good news with everyone, and I look forward to the rest of this year with an extra spring in my step. In closing, I have my 1921's and 1942 dimes coming back. This is the error I posted a couple weeks ago. They graded it as F-15, but did not note the error. Do I have to specify that I wanted it certified as an error? Her it is again.
