You have to go outside of NGC for the highest grades!

If you want to be in the TOP in the IKE Proof Dollar set, you need to purchase PCGS coins to get a proof 70. People are always saying PCGS grades tighter, not the case with IKE"s.

Any how, take a look at my newest Panada graded by NGC!
