LISA GETS A PF70 FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I recently had a couple of problems with some coins which were at NGC for grading. One group seemed to have gotten "lost" in quality control, and the other group got "mishandled" by the recieving department and came back to me with a fingerprint or two. Lisa in customer service got involved and got my coins back to me in really quick order and NGC took care of me on the fingerprint issue. I am very pleased with the professional service she gave me and would definitely rate her a "70" in customer service......
Lisa: Maybe this will get you a raise instead of just more "issues", but with a can-do attitude about customer service and a pleasant personality "under fire" you are a valuable asset to NGC!
