Hat's off to you! Best journal thus far of the year. I agree he fared better with the British. It's a shame what happened; the mint could have made these coins so nice. Just picture the the presidential proofs in a bi-metal, similar to the 2000 library of congress, except with a gold outer circle and a silver center. The business strike coins in circulation could have had a copper circle with a nickle center. George would have been ready to step out on the town.
