Plastic slabs with no quality = Buba's grading service

My "mechanical error" was a MS70 Franklin Statesman put into an MS69 Franklin Scientist holder.....and it sat inside "quality control" for a week or 10 days for that??? It cost me shipping and insurance down there and back and back to them again- quality control is the ONLY thing we are paying for (grading is a matter of quality too) and if we don't get that all we have to show for it is a nice plastic holder! Here again, my personal opinion is that quality suffers when ten thousand coins or more (assumption on my part) are dumped on the folks at NGC from TV networks, etc. Don't know the answer, just stating what appears to be a fact.
