I just cant help myself

Well...since my explosion back into coin collecting I have aquired quite a few more of my State Quarters... I purchased the complete 2000, 2003 sets and the 3 remaining 2002 quarters I needed. I did manage to pick up one of the 2002 quarters for under $40 so that was pretty cool. so now I am standing in front of the Empire State Building with a couple suction cups in my hands trying to figure out how Im gonna get to the top.

I now have the complete silver sets from 2000-2006 and 1- 1999 (Connecticut) So all I have left are the 99s... All I have left are the 99s?!

The 1999 NGC PF70 Silver State Quarters are the monsters of this set with the Delware Quarter leading the pack. At this point and time this coin is my Holy Grail. I am torn between the fact that I cant and shouldn't afford these coins right now but on the other hand, they are only going to cost more in the future. What to do, what to do..
