Are any of the 1935 D/D RPM Quarters more valuable? I do not have the RPM book, so I cannot say. Thanks for any help.

Is the Primary/Prevalant D Mintmark slanted slightly to the North East when compared to the rest of the reverse?

Rey to be honest it looks like a blob of a mint mark. It seems to be lined up fairly well.
