A piece of junk silver. They are common as all get out.

I have seen them in everybody's yard you know.

If you do not have access to a junk silver buyer in the UK, I will do you the favor of cashing it in for you, no sweat my friend.

The cheaper ones like these are cast copies...not even pewter (white metal sometimes called pot metal). I do have some CSA copies that are struck with dies that have the look and feel of the real coins...they are about $15 each.

 

(I had cut out the CSA 1 cent coins and left these very crude looking half dollar replicas for my Grand-kids....too *spoony* looking to even give these to them!)
