Planchet flaw - Silver Eagle reverse proof - value

I received a 20th Anniversary Reverse Proof Silver Eagle back from PCGS in a body bag marked 'planchet flaw'. The flaw starts in the center and runs towards the 11:00 position.

 

I would think something like this is fairly rare. Any ideas on value?

It's very dificult to place a value on an error coin especially a proof. An it is impossible to do so without seeing it.
