Coin sales didn't occur, court told

Customers challenge data alleging deals with BWC

They met Tom Noe in the board room and at Rotary meetings and they talked about coins.

 

Over the years, they would go to him to buy millions of dollars worth of rare coins, including some of the most coveted in America.

 

But yesterday they testified that they could not explain why Noe would claim that their coins belonged to the state coin funds created with $50 million from the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation.

 

And they said sales records indicating they had sold coins to the state funds were bogus.
