Legitimate NGC slab?

I posted this on the ask NGC board, but want to find out If I got gypped in case the NGC guys dont respond- here's the coin- represented as a 1953 NGC 67 Cameo.

Old NGC no line fattie...........legit and certainly desirable just like the older PCGS ratttlers but not quite as old. I have found quite a few undergraded coins in these holders but of course the holder alone does not guarantee and upgrade just like we see with the PCGS rattlers.

That's not a no-line fattie, KC, you can clearly see the line if you look closely. It is much newer than that era.
