Submitting to NGC/PCGS Question

When submitting to PCGS and NGC, do Mint product coins have to be removed from plastic cases, like the Franklin dollars and the Buffalo proofs? Thanks in advance. Bob

I think they will remove the coins for you, but there may be a nominal fee such as $1 per coin added.

I believe that NGC has eliminated the removal fee for Mint-encapsulated coins.

Mostly I would submit in a 2x2....they will just discard the plastic
