1943 Steel Cent, Die Clash???

I was looking over a unc. 1943 steel cent I bought and found a simular outline to the 58-D I posted with the die clash about a week ago. how common were die clash's in this year or are they common for all years can someone fill me in please thanks,D

 

I cant really get a good pic or I would post it sry.
