2005 Mint resales

Just was wondering I see the US MINT is taking orders for the 2005 Silver mint set now.

 

Is this normal?

 

Would make you mad if you purchased lot's of 2005 silver mint sets for resale and now the mint selling them again.

It is a little known fact that in the 1930s you could purchase examples of all obsolete coinage and fractional currency that the US Mint was aware that it had on hand, and you could make these purchases at face value.

I saw that, too. I bought the large bags of both the bison and OIV's. Now, it will take forever for them to appreciate in value because of the mint's shannigans.
