Please educated me...I cannot believe this Kennedy Half is PF70

I thought PF70 was supposed to be perfect, literally. Am I hallucinating the nick on his nose, the spots in the fields or is this really what they would call a PF70? Also, why is it priced so much more than prior auctions?
