Appearence Review Question

I have two coins i would like to submit for the appearence review. However, am i allowed to submit them directly even though i am not a member of NGC? Also where do i get the forms to go with the coins?

 

Any advice and tips are welcomed!!!

You have to be a member of NGC to submit coin yourself.It's free and I'll you have to do is give them a call and ask for the membership forms.After you mail them in they'll get you settled with what you need.If you ever have any questions there customer service is very helpful...
