Sandon
Welcome to the NGC chat board. The "NGC Registry" forum is for topics pertaining to the NGC certified coin registry. If you wanted an answer from the NGC staff, your topic would have been best posted on the "Ask NGC/NCS" forum. Essentially the same question as yours was recently answered on that forum by an NGC Administrator as follows: Thank you for contacting us. CCG is a closed and gated facility. For security reasons, our offices are not accessible to the public and are not available for walk-in submissions. Only authorized dealers with one of our companies (PMG, NGC, CGC or CSG) are permitted to set up appointments with us to drop off and pick up submissions. If you do not wish to mail your submissions to us, you can check the locate dealer feature on our website to see if there is a dealer in your area that might be able to submit the items in person for you. https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-dealer-locator/. You would also be able to submit your coins at a show. You can find a full list here: https://www.ngccoin.com/submit/events/ If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you! If you are a new or casual collector, it might be better for you to consult with a dealer before submitting for an additional reason. Before you submit coins to a third-party grading service, it is important that you have a fair amount of knowledge about coin grading and valuation yourself. Otherwise, you may submit coins that are of inadequate value to be worth the cost and may be unable to choose the applicable or best grading tier or tiers.
