Not sure what your question or point is, of course they’re non magnetic, they are made of bronze.  
With over 1 1/2 BILLION minted, they are certainly not rare.

Very unusual.  By law, they are NEW.  Kind of like the postage stamps in the U.S. designated FOREVER.  Is it incorrect to call NEW coins, old?  What are the oldest NEW coins dated?  Was the previous series OLD? Are the NEW coins a successor to the older, larger penny?

That was 50 years ago.  Do the coins minted subsequently bear the legend NEWER?  There will probably never be any coins minted NEWEST. Unusual.
