Very seldom is a blue filter actually used. What you are seeing is almost ALWAYS the result of photographing a copper or gold coin with auto white balance turned on. By the way, I STRONGLY AGREE with every word of @RWB’s post above.

It's probably not a filter - it's from the camera trying to make the entire frame  "average" neutral gray.
