Wayne Miller Signed Circulated Morgan Dollar NGC Price Guide Values. 2 2

I have seen that a few of the Wayne Miller signed Morgan Dollars in Circulated or Other grade have very high NGC Price Guide Values, could someone explain why NGC says that price but LCS and dealers say way lower? Can the NGC price guide value be way wrong?

Further, because the NGC US Coin Price Guide prices are only updated from time-to-time, they do not reflect short-term pricing trends, which are quite common and can be quite dramatic given the volatile nature of the collectible coin marketplace.
