Real grading is based on agreed definitions, that are then applied consistently by completely neutral parties - preferably non-lying computer systems.

Adding entirely subjective elements destroys all consistency and credibility -- resulting in the current mess of people paying $$$ for hot air.

No need to preach to the already committed. We have something in common: detractors, many of whom are more vocal and unnecessarily dismissive apparently forgetting they speak on a public forum.  I still cannot fathom just what it is they find so objectionable in what you've consistently advocated for. I know what's wrong with the way things are, but I see nothing wrong with what's needed to make things better, or closer to the ideal.
