Check out the  neck of lincoln.  Below the neck is the collar and shirt of a president and which coin? Above Lincolns neck is a chin and a large facing the same direction of Lincoln.

[I counted four (4) consecutive posts. No attempt to edit or re-write an otherwise  unintelligibly written Topic, or introduce pertinent photos. Just abandon, and try, try, try, try again with succeeding posts and forgone conclusions obviating the need for useful input.  The gentleman has priced his coin and hopes against home everyone will agree and co-sign his findings and now wants specific advice as to how to list and promote his item on eBay, or a like site. The lack of feedback reflects this.  It is difficult to address the attributes of a coin a OP has already decreed is a valuable error worth as much as $4K.]

   As stated by replies on two other topics about this same coin, this is clearly a scratch, not a die break. 

   The coin, a 2022-P Nina Otero-Warren (commemorative reverse) quarter, bears the head of Washington, not Lincoln, on the obverse.
