      Welcome to the NGC chat board.

      Please take note of the Coin Marketplace Guidelines (paragraph 3), which state that "If selling directly from here, you must list specific items with purchase prices."

      The 1971 Kennedy half dollar cannot be accurately described as a "rare . . . coin" with "a limited mintage". Its reported mintage is 155,164,000, and it is one of the most common dates in the series. The one you are offering appears to be lightly circulated and as such is worth little if anything over its face value of fifty cents.
