Mismatch on certlookup web page between grade listed under "NGC Grade" and the image of the encapsulated coin at the bottom of the page 1 1

Example, on the cert lookup page, the "NGC Grade" shows as AU 55, but the picture at the bottom of the same lookup page shows AU 58 on the slab.

However, the coin in hand actually does say AU 55. The certification number matches between the cert lookup page's image and the coin in hand. However, the 8 digits under the QR code on the back of the slab do not match between the cert lookup page image and the coin in hand. 

What might have caused this? Was the coin originally graded AU 58, then in quality control, bumped down to AU 55 (necessitating a new encapsulation but with the same certification number)?
