   You should also review each of the first three topics under the "Submit" tab near the top of the NGC home page (ngccoin.com).  You will see that there are substantial costs involved in submitting coins to grading services (grading fees per coin, processing fees per order, and shipping and insurance costs each way).  You need to have sufficient knowledge to identify and determine an approximate value for your coins to make sure that they are likely to be of sufficient value to warrant being certified by NGC and to fill out the submission form correctly.  An NGC member dealer may be able to help you with this.  You can also post photos of your coins here, and some of us may be able to provide our opinions.
