2022 dime. Missing clad? Not sure

Typically, missing clad layers are much more coppery in color. This might have been altered in some way. Of course, if you aren't sure you can always bring it to an NGC-authorized dealer to have them take a look. If they aren't sure either, you can submit to NGC to take a look.

My camera doesn’t quite do it justice I’ll see if I can get better pictures. I wet the end of wtip to see if anything would wipe off but didn’t want to damage the coin. It may be worth getting it graded even if not to sell
