1908-S US Philippines Peso Doubled?

Attached is a photo of a 1908-S peso that appears to be doubled on the shield side (I believe this is the reverse), and is most pronounced on the tops of "STATES OF" letters. Any chance I can let you examine at the ANA in Chicago next week? Thanks!

It does look as though it's a DDR, but an examination of the actual coin would be necessary to confirm. Unfortunately, I won't be attending the ANA convention this time; I'm still on the disabled list.
