an UGLY, beat up 194 3 or 8 copper cent or steel ??. 2.5 grams as you can see here. it didn't stick to a magnet. if it is a 1948 then it is to light for copper and all should be copper in 48 if a 43 then what 1 1

The "3" is the wrong shape for a 1943, so it must be a '48. Looks like it lost a good bit of metal (weight) from damage, and it could have been a touch under weight to begin with.

If it was too light to be 1948 then it would also be too light to be a 1943 copper as they would be the same weight. Just a corroded 1948.
