Reverse:above the left eagle wing I believe is a die crack?

Obverse: L and B in "liberty" seems to be doubled

Pretty tough to tell from the pic but if I had to guess I'd say the 'die crack' is a die clash and any doubling you might see is mechanical.

@Fenntucky Mike is correct on both counts, while there are three known DDO's for this date/mm your coin does not match any of those and looks to just be suffering some strike or mechanical doubling.   The area above the wing is not a die crack but remnants of a die clash; I have included a photo overlay from the website Mad Die Clashes.   As you can see in the photo that is George's neck from the obv.
