I don't think the moisture is on the coin, but on the inside of the slab. The label is a little messed up also.

Hi leeg,

My condolences as well. So sorry. 

It isn't moisture in the holder.  What  you are seeing are what we call contact marks.  This will happen when the inner core is touching the outer plastic.  If you pinch that area a few times it may just disappear.  There isn't any guarantee that if we were to re-holder this it wouldn't happen again.
