This was actually intended to be a ball marker which was licensed and produced by the PGA Tour.  It should be the same design on both sides.  As far as when this particular token was produced, I am not sure.  The PGA Tour over the years has authorized many different designs of a "Partner's Club" token which was predominately made to be a golf ball marker for marking your ball on the green in order to pick up your ball under the rules of golf.  Still pretty cool.

Yes GBRAD is correct, they send them out when you renew membership with Partners Club. I have a few of those but haven't renewed membership in almost 5 years LOL.

It’s been so long for me that I couldn’t remember where or when I got it. They should date those and make them bigger it would be a collectible!
