No, it doesn't. In addition to heavy wear, there is surface pitting. It is questionable whether it could grade G-4.

Not sure what you are asking, if you are asking if the coin would grade as G04 or better the answer is no.   Your coin should not grade better than AG03.   If your asking if the members that view the photos of your coin find it to be a good coin that they like then that is very different and completely subjective.   In my case I do not find it to be a coin I would buy for my collection.
