Possible to use UPS/Fedex to send in submissions? 0

Is there a physical address where coin submissions can be sent in via UPS or Fedex instead of the P.O. Box? I'm trying to get an overnight package in to make the Early Release date for the 2021 Silver Eagle Reverse Proof Sets and because USPS is closed for Columbus Day this Monday I'm not sure even their Express service would be fast enough.

However, UPS and Fedex are not closed on Monday and if I could send an overnight package to NGC via either of those carriers I think the submission would arrive in time. I've found old posts mentioning the address on Communications but didn't want to risk sending there without confirmation. Would there be any sort of added handling time with the physical street address or would it process just the same as sending to the P.O. Box?
