Well, it's definitely in circulated condition and the 1959-D is a common date in the Washington series.  I'd say your coin is worth silver value, which is $4.08 today.  If you found it in circulation, it's a great find!

Hello @Dejone Maxwell. One word of advice if I may add.  When handling coins you should hold them by the edge, not in the manner you are holding this coin or other coins I have seen in your other posts.  If you do come across a nice MS valuable coin, and squeeze it between your fingers to take a pic, you are inevitably going to leave fingerprints and oils on it which over time will show themselves.  This is especially true on a nice shiny copper Cent.  Just FYI friend.
