Jefferson Nickel error?

Hi,

Is there any documented/known legitimate case of a Jefferson Nickel struck with the reverse inverted?

If not, has this ever been seen documented in a fake?

I am looking at an 'interesting' coin that appears to have a date of 1990 and a D mint mark.

Thanks

All USA coins are struck with the dies inverted to one another.
