What grade do we think from the seller photos?

Looks UNC to me but from the lower part of the obverse in particular, if buying it would expect it was probably cleaned.

AU-58, might or might not be cleaned. (What I am seeing as wear is on the bird's right talon (its own right), where the digits are not separated but look worn flat. However, that could also be strike weakness. I am not expert with this issue to know.)
