Need advise on Morgan dollar mint mark 0

Submitted under mint error category & received a graded 63* 1878 S Morgan dollar. Mint mark S can be clearly identified not vertically symmetric ( in fact the top half can be seen broken & tilted clockwise). Did I submit under wrong category resulting in this not captured in holder? Or this non-symmetric S is deemed normal?

Appreciate very much on enlightenment on this issue.

It's just damage from contact with something that tore through that part of the coin.
