Very rare to find in change, especially in that condition. Odds are some kid stole it from his dad's or uncle's collection and just spent it. In any case, it's a very common issue and has moderate wear, so might be worth fifty cents to a buck. However, I guarantee you most collectors would be jazzed just at the coolness of finding a Buff in change.

Neat to find in circulation, but little numismatic value. Very common date, low condition and obverse damage.
