The reverse of this coin has been completely modified and has a 10k gold overlay with a monogram - initials G, H and N.  It is of little (if any) numismatic value, but is an interesting piece of Victorian jewelry, nonetheless.  It was removed from a charm bracelet created in the early 1900's.
