Looks like a one cash coin. You have the obverse upside down. The reverse is too corroded to make any sense of, so the best you will be able to do is the ruler's span of regnal years. The bottom character (which you have on top) is the one to look for. I don't think you'll get a provincial ID.

Thank You. Boy, I sure didn't know which way was up! The rounded square hole intrigued me a little. .I'll research one cash coin.

Your right so worn you can't make out any of the symbols.
