Early and First Release Cut off dates 0

Hello. I'm a new collector, I want to get my Limited Edition 2020 Silver Proof set graded with one of the designations above. The cutoff is Monday 1/11/21. I received a shipping notice from the Mint on yesterday. If I send it in next week after the cutoff for receipt but show that it was shipped to me from the Mint before the cutoff and within 30 days of release, would it still qualify.  Please forgive me if it is stupid question. I am new. Thanks in advance

NGC needs to receive the coins by the 11th, so no your coins would not be eligible for ER and FR designations.

These and similar designations from TPGs are meaningless. They have no relationship to coin quality.
