2000 P Sacagawea question on finish 0

I have two of these pictured below. The frosty (left) one is pulled from uncirculated set and the satin finish (right) was pulled from change very early on.

wondering if this might be one of the experimental washed coins. Also worth noting is the smaller rim on the satin finished example.

An experimental rinse was used however the anti tarnishing rinse would be very hard to spot in a picture sorry can't be of more help
