1916 Mercury Dime Grade?

I posted this coin in another group and they all said it looked like it had altered surface. I disagree but I am wondering what grade this could be? I’m sure it has FBs. Any thoughts would be appreciated as my pics aren’t that good.

The motion blur on the cropped pictures makes it difficult.

Ok these last two photos are the best you have shown and at least the coin does not appear to be polished in these.  I will not attempt a grade guess but the 1916 as a new design was heavily saved and there are tons of high grade examples, over 2k in MS65fb alone between NGC and PCGS.

I won't use my phone's camera for coins. I bought a microscope. VERY low power one. Full stage like a bio one, but far lower magnification.
