No serial number 0

I have a coin and it has no serial number. How do I verify it’s real. It states: 

George T. Morgan 

$100 Union 

proposed design 1876 struck 2014 

private issue 

1/10 ounce .999 gold 

Ultra cameo gem proof

It doesn't have a number because it isn't a coin.  It is a privately made medal.  Unless the slab is a fake, and i have never seen a fake slab for these, you should be fine. ( And personally to me they are only worth melt value anyway. One problem with a privately made medal is that at any time they choose, they can make more of them.)
