I noticed squared off rims, unusually well struck seraphs, high relief lettering, and on the lower reverse of the coin the ridgeing stamps up onto the coronet of the coin.

I believe they look at the thickness of the spikes to determine if it's high relief yours appears to me to be a normal relief someone like griz can tell you for sure

Fingers crossed for you then on the reverse if you can see 1 Ray through the O you have a normal relief 2 you have high relief ....low relief if it exists Is outside of my pay grade 

To me it dosent look like a proof
