Its very difficult to answer your question from a photo taken with the coin in a flip or holder, the glare and distortion can make judging the surfaces and luster a real challenge.  In the future please take a photo with the coin out of the holder it will make it far easier to get a more accurate view, having said that this is one of the most common Morgan dates to find in mint state condition so the grade on the flip is most likely correct.

I would almost go 65 on this 87 depending on the heaviness of the scratches in front of her face.

Of course again this is going on less than optimum pictures and lighting :-)

I like the tone on this coin, looks fresh from a coin book
