Worth getting graded?...

I’m very new to this. My first thought is, this 1983 cent has multiple errors. I can’t tell what the mintmark is, and I don’t know if it’s corroded, or if it was minted this way.  Hopefully someone can inform me. Also, should I get this graded? Many Thanks and Happy New Year!

The coin is made of copper plated zinc, and the plating was somehow damaged on the edges, exposing the core. The zinc corroded away, leaving the ragged edge. You can also see it beginning to happen below the bust. Zinc corrosion is also probably what caused the deformation of the mint mark.
