1964 Washington 25C Gem Condition DDO, DDR 0

Is this coin on the wrong planchette?  Or maybe off center?  I  have no had much experience with that to be ceertain.

 

How much does the double die being on  front  and back add to the value?  Is this common? 

 

AND - The head seems to have a really cool shadow at the top and around the head of the coin in value?  I am too new to know but is the coin off-center or opn the wrong planchette?

Its the Flip lol...  I got a microscope hooked to mt displays a few days ago. I'm so sorry...  Color me embarassed...

 

Glad to see Proof...  How would I go aboujt valuation and selling?  Grade it?
