I have a nice 62 Franklin 50C

Are the Bell Lines strong enough to get a FBL designation?

I know there are varied opinions on what constitutes a FBL (even between PCGS & NGC) but from what I understand there can be no major disturbances such as cuts, marks, striking deficiencies etc.  Also it has to grade MS60 or higher so I would say based on your pictures, it wouldn't grade as a FBL.

No, the lines are broken to the left of the crack.

NGC and PCGS grade FBL Franklins differently.  NGC takes into consideration all 5 lines.  PCGS only grades the bottom 2 lines.  I always thought there should be a set standard for grading the FBL's.   My set is strictly NGC.
